You can get to Tisá following road E 528 from Ústí nad Labem, which connects to road E 13 from Teplice to Děčín. In Libouchec, the road branches away to Tisá and to Petrovice. Highway D8 from Prague to Dresden is 6 km far from Tisá.
A regular busline connection is provided by Doprava Ústeckého kraje - line 452 from Ústí nad Labem. In Germany you can use line 217 from Pirna. These buslines allow taking bicycles onboard during the summer season. More information can be found in the timetables.
